In all instances Fusion Meetings & Events will act as a disclosed agent for you and all agreements negotiated buy us will form the basis of a contract between you (Client) and the Venue.
All charges made by the venue deemed legitimate are the sole responsibility of you the client. The venue will not be entitled to cancellation charges until you the client have returned a signed copy of the contract, which will be issued, directly to you from the venue.
Any amendments to this confirmation depending on time of change and discretion of the venue could result in cancellation charges being incurred by you. Please notify Fusion Meetings & Events of any changes or indeed cancellation.
This Booking has been made and confirmed by Fusion Meetings & Events in good faith, Fusion Meetings & Events cannot be held responsible for the failure of the Venue or you the client to honour wholly or in part this reservation.
